Structur's scorecard feature provides a powerful way to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress towards goals, and visualize data in an engaging and informative manner. Whether you're tracking company morale, employee satisfaction, safety records, or sales performance, scorecards can help you stay informed and drive improvement.

Here's a guide to creating a scorecard in Structur:

  1. Navigate to Employee Handbook: From your Structur dashboard, click on the "Employee Handbook" tab in the sidebar menu. This will take you to the area where you can organize and manage your company's internal processes and knowledge.

  2. Choose the Relevant Section: Select the folder and then the specific section where you want to create your scorecard. For example, if you're creating a scorecard to track employee satisfaction with safety protocols, you might navigate to your "Human Resources" folder and then the "Safety" section.

  3. Add a New Page: Click the "Add New Page Content" button to open the page content options menu.

  4. Select "Scorecard": Choose "Scorecard" from the menu. This will open the scorecard creation page.

  5. Give Your Scorecard a Title: Enter a clear and concise title for your scorecard that accurately reflects the data it will track. For example, "Safety Satisfaction Scorecard" or "Q4 Sales Performance."

  6. Define Your Goals: Now it's time to set up the specific goals or metrics you want to track on your scorecard. Click the "Manage Goals" button to start adding goals.

  7. Add Goal Details: For each goal, provide the following information:

    • Goal Name: A descriptive name for the goal (e.g., "Employee Satisfaction with Safety Training").

    • Goal Type: Choose the type of goal (number-based, currency-based, percentage-based).

    • Goal Amount: Set the target value for the goal.

    • Tracking Frequency: Specify how often you'll track this goal (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  8. Add Multiple Goals: Repeat step 7 to add as many goals as you need to your scorecard.

  9. Start Tracking: Once you've added your goals, you can start entering data and tracking your progress. Structur will visually display your progress towards each goal using color-coded indicators (green for meeting the goal, red for falling short).
