Managing Your Projects in Structur
Structur's Projects area provides a comprehensive system for organizing and tracking your construction projects from start to finish. This article guides you through using the Projects feature effectively.
Viewing Your Projects
You can view your projects in two ways:
List View: See your projects in a list format, making it easy to scan and filter.
Board View: Visualize your projects on a Kanban-style board with columns representing different stages of your project lifecycle.
Project Stages
Projects are organized into stages to help you track their progress.
Pre-defined Stages: Structur provides pre-loaded stages that cover typical project phases (e.g., "Pre-Construction," "Production," "Closeout").
Customizable Stages: You can add, reorder, and customize stages to match your specific workflow. Click the "Settings" button to manage your project stages.
Automated Stages (Coming Soon): Structur is working on adding automated stage transitions (similar to the Leads feature) to streamline your project management even further.
Managing Projects
Move Projects Through Stages: Drag and drop projects between stages in the board view to reflect their current status.
Mark as Complete: When a project is finished, click "Mark as Complete" to move it to the "Completed Projects" section.
Reopen Projects: If you need to reactivate a completed project, navigate to "Completed Projects," click on the project, and select "Reopen."
