How to Use It
Start: Log into structur.io → Leads → Select a lead → Click “Intake”
Note: Locked until “Edit”—keeps it safe.
Goal: Capture all the details you need.Fill These Fields:
Project Type: Residential Renovation, Commercial Renovation, Residential New Construction, Commercial New Construction, Other
Meeting Type: Phone Call, Video Call, In Person, Other
How Did You Hear About Us?: Google, Referral, Signage, Social Media, Other
General Overview: Type details. Ex: “Cookie shop, 1,500 sq ft.... etc ”
Desired Start Date: Pick a date
Project Process: Design-Build, Bid-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Design Only, Other
Do You Have Drawings?: Yes, No, In Process, Submitted to City, Other
Desired Budget: Ex: “$100K.”
Proposed Rough Budget: If discussed. Ex: “$150K ballpark.”
Status of Permits: Not Submitted, In Review, Other
Status of Financing: Cash, Loan in Progress, Loan Approved, Other
Price Point for Finishes: Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Luxury
